1930s Vintage Silk Nightgown with Lace Applique

Silk Vintage Nightgown

1930s bias cut pale pink silk nightgown with beautiful lace applique over silk netting on square collar and at hemline.  I found a tiny pin hole in the netting in the collar that is barely visible, which is reflected in the price, otherwise excellent condition.  Pretty top-stitching at waistline.  Bust is 34 , hips are 40" and the length is 60" from the top of the shoulder.  

Beautiful gown that is one of the pieces of vintage sleepwear we acquired from the estate of a woman who lived in Shanghai, China in the late 1920s and 1930s.  She had most of her clothing hand made there and it is truly exquisite.
